Editorial Board Responsibilities and Ethics

Members of the Editorial Board of the Editon Consortium Journal of Educational Management and Leadership provide academic leadership and oversight of the journal. Their responsibilities include advising on editorial policy, supporting the peer review process, and upholding ethical publishing standards in accordance with the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Editorial Board members may submit manuscripts to the journal; however, they do not participate in the editorial handling or peer review of their own submissions. All such manuscripts are processed independently and are subject to the same rigorous double-blind peer review procedures as all other submissions.

Explicit Conflict-of-Interest Statement for Editors

Editors and Editorial Board members are required to declare any conflicts of interest that may affect their editorial judgment. Where a conflict exists, the editor or board member is recused from the editorial and peer review process for the affected manuscript.

Transparency Statement

The journal actively monitors authorship patterns to ensure editorial independence. No issue is dominated by Editorial Board members, and manuscripts authored by editors or board members are handled independently to avoid conflicts of interest.

Reviewers

The journal engages independent external reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise to support the peer review process.
